Australian Coast to Coast Virtual Airlines

Here are the ranks for Australian Coast to Coast Virtual Airlines pilots, they are in ranked order, top comes first, last is the final rank.

All of the new pilots will enter at this rank until they are evaluated. They have access to only the domestic fleet, and get paid 4% of the flight income.

First stage after being evaluated, they  will have still only have access to the domestic fleet. However get a pay rise to 5% of the flight income.

Step up from training, it contains the not so experienced pilots, who still only have access to the domestic fleet. But now get paid 8% of the flight income.

Step up from training for the pilots who just want to fly helicopters. They have access to all of the helicopter fleet, and get paid 13% of the flight income.

This contains the average pilots of the Virtual Airline, they have access to the domestic, and regional fleet. And get another pay rise to 13% of the flight income.

This is the final stage before you gain a senior rank, you gain access to the domestic, regional, and international fleets, and now get paid 16% of the flight income.

This is the first of the senior ranks, and are for experienced pilots it require a good amount of experience in all aircraft. And if you want to jump straight into this rank  then you must contact and ask the CEO, or VICE CEO. To be able to do your test. After being promoted you get paid 20% of the flights income.

This is for experienced helicopter pilots, once you have achieved this rank you will obtain a pay rise to 25% of the flights income.

This is one of the most exclusive ranks of the Virtual Airline, you will need good knowledge and skills in all aircraft of all shapes and sizes, and a decent number of hours.

To obtain this rank you need to complete and satisfactorily pass a test, once you have will gain access to all of the fleets, and you will also gain 25% of the flights income.

Only few pilots will make it this far. They are our most honourable pilots and are symbols of this airline's pride. This rank is the hardest to get into, to get into it you must:

1. Have been a Commercial First Officer for 2 months
2. Pass 10 difficult approaches
3. Pass 5 terrible weather landings
4. Land safely after all engines on a medium sized aircraft have failed
5. Land safely after all engines on a heavy aircraft have failed

And expected knowledge is exceptional knowledge and skill in all aircraft.

Pilots who achieve this rank will be paid 30% of the flights income.

This is the most senior rank for aircraft pilots, it is only given to the best of the best. Pilots who achieve this will be paid 31% of the flights income.

This is for the best helicopter pilot in the Airline, it is the most senior rank achievable by helicopter pilots in the Airline. And as such they get paid 32% of the flight income.

This rank is reserved for users who are apart of the Australian Coast to Coast Virtual Airlines management team. There is a maximum of 5 positions aloud at any one time. They get rewarded with pay of 32% of the flights income.

This rank is reserved for the Vice Chief Executive Officer of Australian Coast to Coast Virtual Airlines. They are second in charge of the Airline, and as such they get paid 36% of the flights income.

This rank is reserved for the Chief Executive Officer of Australian Coast to Coast Virtual Airlines. They are in charge of the Airline, and as such they get paid 39% of the flights income.
