Pilot of the month is judged by management. This is not applicable for senior management. The Winning Pilot Gets 20,000V$ Tip.

Pilots are judged on Hours, Profit, Flight Rating and Flights Completed.

So Get flying and don't load to much fuel but make sure its enough. Good Luck and may the best pilot win.
