Boeing 737-200
No virtual cockpit but really this is the best B732 that we could find. It has several flights on our airline. Also the sounds and 2D-panel are very nice.

Turbo Beaver
A very nice bush plane. When downloaded from original source the prop is non-transparent and blocks the view of the pilot. I have fixed the prop problem and now the aircraft is a sweet little thing!

Here are recommended scenery packages that may be required for some of the airports we fly to.
Australian Bush Airports
The best package for Australian Bush Airports is OZx. Download the latest version of OZx (currently 2.0 with a 2.1 update which means you need to install 2.0 first then the 2.1 update). Most of us have this add-on and we fly to several of the airports included (some for the Airline, some for fun).

Old Hong Kong (VHHX)
This is a must for 747 pilots. Some of us have the payware Fly Tampa package which is absolutely fantastic however a free one is available from AVSIM Library. This does hit frames a little but at least you can find the runway (by default there is no lights, no nothing).

ORBX / FTX Sceneries
There are several of these excellent sceneries for a variety of airports, many of which we fly into. Also other add-ons. There are also payware sceneries which cover entire regions of Australia. Also these packages are fully compatible with OZx airports and are designed to run with each other.

Courchevel Altiport
One of the world's most dangerous airports in the Alps. Several different versions available from AVSIM and some payware ones exist as well (by Neuroflight and by LLH Creations). This is a freeware one with no sloped runway but with a few trees at one end.
